Delivery

Gibson Rental provides delivery and setup. We travel across the entire state of Virginia and have been in surrounding states as well. Our delivery fee/set up includes the setting up and breaking down of the tent, dance floor, lighting, staging, as well as the dropping off/picking up of the tables and chairs. We have a minimum rental fee of $500 (with tent) to qualify for delivery.

Optional: We will set up your tables and chairs for additional set up fees when a sketch is provided.
