Gibson Rental of Orange is Virginia’s premier rental service.  We are locally owned and operated and have been serving your area for the past 25 years.

 

Gibson Rental provides a complete line of rental items for your wedding and other special events including: tents, tables, chairs, lighting, heating/cooling equipment, linens, porta lisa restroom trailer, as well as dance floors and staging.  To view our linen selection and fabric options go to www.werentlinens.com

 

In addition to our rental items, we accommodate our clients with a wide range of event services including: inclement weather holds for tents, side curtains, and heaters, one free site inspection, free quotes, on-staff Event Coordinator, computer software providing a visual of your layout plan, and a flexible staff willing to assist you.  We require a 25% non-refundable deposit for all reservations. Balance is due in full 3 days before delivery or at customer pick up.  Deliveries are made during regular business hours, M-F 9am-5pm.  We cannot promise times but can do our best to accomodate your needs.  If you have an after hours need for delivery or pick up, contact us for additional charges.  Cancellation must occur 24 hours prior to delivery date to receive the 75% refund.  We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

 

We are open Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
